For reconstructions that is the default. We wax the case up for your approval, carry the design into provisionals you and the patient can test, and only then commit the final — so function and esthetics are confirmed before anything irreversible.

Every margin and contact is checked under magnification, and excursive guidance is confirmed against the opposing before the case ships. On a reconstruction we treat a loose contact or a heavy excursion as a defect to catch at the bench, not a chairside adjustment to pass on to you.
